As a Dental Provider Relations Manager at Cigna Healthcare, I work with a network of dentists and dental specialists to ensure quality care and service for our members. I have over 13 years of experience in the dental industry, including 9 years as a Treatment Coordinator at Hodnett Orthodontics, where I managed the financial and insurance aspects of orthodontic treatment for patients. I have a dual degree in International Business and Spanish from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and I have studied abroad in Spain and Chile. I am advanced in Spanish and have a passion for learning about different cultures and markets. I leverage my communication, time management, and office administration skills to build and maintain strong relationships with dental providers and clients, and to support Cigna's mission of improving the health, well-being, and peace of mind of those we serve.
