I am a 22 year Lowcountry resident and live on Hilton Head Island. I love living on such a beautiful Island and have always enjoyed connecting buyers and sellers throughout the real estate process. Many of my clients either purchase properties that are in need of remodeling or on the selling side need a facelift to help them show their best. I excel at project supervision, staging and designing low cost solutions that fit any budget. I work along side a rental management company so if you are interested in a second home or investment property and would like to maximize revenue I know the ins and outs better than anyone.
