About Cari Klenk

My dream profession would combine my skills as a hospitality expert and my passion for health and well-being to assist others with their travels as well as their journey to an optimal life. I have done all things hospitality for 25+ years wearing all sorts of hats (sometimes all at once), managing and serving in restaurants for over 20 years as well as catering private parties and events. Currently I am the Director of Operations at SpringHill Suites by Marriott overseeing all departments and the daily operations of a busy hotel. I worked in Property Management as a Guest Services Specialist focused on guest satisfaction for vacation rentals and owner services. I also worked as a Vacation Sales Specialist, personally assisting guests find and book the perfect rental for vacations. I am highly computer literate and able to learn new systems with ease. I am well versed with many compter programs and systems to effectively run multiple departmental systems including recruiting, payroll, Human Resources and finances. I am a Yoga Instructor and Meditation Facilitator with a passion for the health and well-being of myself and all people. I am a Float Enthusiast! I own a float tank (aka isolation tank, aka sensory deprivation tank) that I use to release stress and anxiety and restore balance to my life.
