About Cari Longman

I am committed to providing the highest-quality, most compelling communications for your key stakeholders, whether those are donors, clients, shareholders or the public. My skills include crafting proposals, reports, white papers, power point presentations, fact sheets, success stories and more. I am adept at translating technical jargon into simple, everyday speech and helping to communicate a program or organization's vision and successes into compelling stories that get supporters excited to see and know more. My goal is to demonstrate how your program is helping to create a better, more livable world. While at The Nature Conservancy, I worked on a team of communications professionals that helped raise more than $300 million over three years for the organization’s most critical priorities. I also developed messaging for the organization's “Our World” campaign, the largest campaign in the history of the environmental movement. A proud graduate of the University of Virginia, I also hold an MBA from the College of William & Mary's Mason School of Business.
