About Carianne Bricker

I graduated from Grace College with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Event Management. I went on to get my MBA from Huntington University. Through those experiences and the time I have spent on the job, I have learned how to show those around me who I am and how I can help them. I take any opportunity I can to lean into my gift of administration and serving others. I am driven by making things better and putting the finishing touches on a project or product that make it a little extra special. I go the extra mile because I want to leave every thing I touch just a little better. I love working with a team that is dedicated to the same and leans into collaboration and supporting each other. It is amazing the relationships you can build and the opportunities you come across when you are willing to stick it out through the nitty gritty of a project to make sure everyone is taken care of and feels supported and valued. That's where you find the best coworkers and the people who will make you better in the long run.
