About Carina Ackrill

In 2005 I co-founded Centrick, now one of the largest independent property solutions providers in the UK. Centrick operates in the BTR/SFH, PRS portfolio and asset management and Building & Estate Management arenas, with complimentary RICS Valuation services, a Land & New Homes division and, perhaps most importantly, an dedicated and industry-leading Building Safety division. Today I'm proud to say that Centrick is responsible for looking after over homes and residents across the country. I've always been passionate about delivering better for the people and homes we look after and I'm grateful to have played a pivotal role in shaping the company's vision and success, championing transparency and ethics in service delivery, with a drive to continually search for ‘a better way’. A key element of Centrick's success is our emphasis on training and development, which I'm a passionate advocate for, and I'm delighted to have stewarded the establishment of the Centrick Academy earlier this year. The Academy provides bespoke training programs designed to cultivate the skills and knowledge of the next generation of property professionals. Through a combination of industry insights, practical experience, and continuous education, the Centrick Academy ensures that all team members are equipped to deliver the highest standards of service. I'm dedicated to fostering a culture of learning and growth within Centrick and to extending this beyond the company. Wherever I can, I'm actively promoting the importance of professional development within the wider property industry, encouraging a commitment to lifelong learning and excellence. I believe that education and training is a key cornerstone to ensuring that Centrick remains at the forefront of industry innovation and best practices.
