Experienced Program & Project Portfolio Manager/PMO lead/People Manager/Delivery Project Executive with over 20 years’ international experience in large scale programs and projects involving Process Innovation and IT solutions from complex IT environments. I am experienced in customized e-payments solutions using AGILE development methodology. I have significant experience in designing and setting up Programs and PMO and implementing IT Governance processes. I am a strong team player and commitment to leading and motivating teams is a core part of my drive. I have proven leadership and interpersonal skills which enables me to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of the organization. I am a result driven and action-oriented person who strive to get things done in a proactive manner. Having worked in an international multicultural company throughout most of my working career has given me a strong international background, in-depth multi-cultural awareness and a high understanding of different working cultures and languages – these are all key assets which has helped me to perform and deliver rewarding results as well as navigate and collaborate smoothly in matrix organizations.
