Carl's expertise is in developing and leading high performing sales/operations teams, GTM strategy, sales enablement, commercialization, business development, demand generation and implementing channel partner programs as a player/coach contributor, business leader and operating partner. He has helped multiple private equity backed growth stage companies achieve ambitious growth rates and sale exits in the energy industry. Over the progression of his career, Carl has held senior-to-executive leadership roles (administrative, sales, marketing, product management, technical advisory, customer success and operational) for the benefit of clients, partners, communities, employees and investors.
