Dr. Boger worked in the hospitality and tourism industry for nearly 20 years. He worked for the Pepsico Foodservice Division as a manager and technology specialist during the conversion of Taco Bell restaurants from a manual to a computer based system. He also worked as a restaurant manager and corporate trainer for General Foods Foodservice Division for several years. He also worked for USAID and ACDI/VOCA as an international consultant. He has worked in Africa, Eastern Europe, Thailand, Russia, and Central America. In addition, he has owned and operated a bar/restaurant and currently is the co-founder of Global Hospitality Educators, Inc, which is the largest networking site for hospitality and tourism educators in the world. Currently is is the Associate Dean of Academics of the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston.
