About Carl Boon

I started working in the customer service business way back when as a means to keep myself going through college, however I found that after I finished in college, I remained in customer service and I couldn't fathom why. Turns out, after a bit of soul searching through a few different companies doing customer service, it wasn't the products or services I was supporting that held me in the business, it was my desire to help people. There are few better feelings in a work environment than having a customer who is stuck thanking you for your assistance in helping them out, regardless of what it is you're supporting them on, and I've come to the conclusion that this is the industry I want to be in and progress in. All my stops on this journey have allowed me to expand my knowledge and ability to support beyond the standard front line stuff, insofar as I've work in senior support roles which only further my desire to achieve my goal of becoming a Quality manager.
