About Carl C.

Creating a sustainable and value driven data estate for companies is my career goal. I believe that data should be used to inform decision making and on-going work should be done to ensure that your data estate is as lean and reliable as possible. I have three years experience in running my own company, where I provide clients with services related to their data estate, including but not limited to; data engineering, data governance, and data visualisation and analytics. During my 18 years experience, prior to Integrand, in the fuel retail industry I learnt the value of trend analysis, correlation studies and forecasting, and how these elements are key to creating an agile strategy framework. I gained experience in every aspect related to the retail industry, from operations, finance, HR, legislation and marketing. Additionally stakeholder relationship development and management have become a key part of my skillset. I firmly believe that a business must have a balanced approached in terms of its vision and goals, and that this approach must be geared towards sustainability and growth without compromising people and the environment.
