About Carl Cooper

My passions are mountain biking, motorbikes, cars and being outdoors, and now I am setting about building my career on my passion. I am enjoying delving deeper into the possibilities presented by my current career, and am open to roles that enhance my experience and am always seeking the next challenge. I have an interest in sales and roles that enable me to learn new product ranges, brands and rely on customer/supplier interaction for success. I have proven myself working extensively in a team environment however, will happily toil away independently. I am learning the art of brand development and management and furthering my understanding of strategic planning for business. Despite being relatively new to the industry I have already gained a strong grasp of the requirements to achieve the goals, for myself and the organisation. I have developed a strong soft skill set, including the ability to learn quickly, and readily engage with and happily communicate with both customers and suppliers alike. I have utilised these soft skills to enhance my hard skill set. I relish opportunities to learn, garner new skills and abilities and am prepared to be taught what I need in order to ensure my satisfaction, and to align my skill set to the needs/goals of my job. Having proven my capabilities in various circumstances through my previous military career and my more recent roles, I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
