About Carl Forhan

Servant Leader We succeed together as one team. I enjoy building solid engineering teams and delivering solutions that matter. I've got a decade of experience directing cross-functional engineering teams across multiple geographies. I enjoy the challenge of collaborating with Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to find the best path to success. More importantly, I know that the best leaders need to serve, because that enables a healthy team to thrive. Peer managers are partners, not obstacles, to build products and grow revenue. I'm successful when my team is successful. Plus it's more fun when you work together towards a common goal! Retro Hacker For 20+ years I have been coding, hacking, and publishing new video games for old gaming systems through my hobby business, Songbird Productions. I've coded new games from scratch in C, supplemented old assembly source code on the and 6502 CPUs, and reverse engineered binary ROM files with zero documentation. It takes a lot of skill and patience to create new software for old tech, and I bring that same passion and attention to detail into my engineering career.
