In 2019, I won the "Employee of the quarter" for the work I have done for Nationwide. In 2018 I completed the IDM award in Direct Mail mix that with an NVQ in Customer Service and 11 years account management experience, I possess a natural talent for building a strong rapport with people at all levels and consistently strive to exceed client expectations at every opportunity. I consistently provide a first class and dedicated service, flawlessly managing projects from brief to delivery and grasping a thorough understanding of customer’s needs and objectives. I consider myself to be a very reliable, hands-on and proactive individual who will always go the extra mile and hit the ground running. I am a fast learner and have a strong eye for detail. I thrive particularly under pressured, changing and challenging environments. I also studied for a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies, which is complemented with a passion and enthusiasm for working with data and numbers. As an advanced Excel user I pride myself on strong analytical and numerical skills and my natural ability to work with large amounts of data for long periods of time interpreting patterns and drawing conclusions. My technical abilities are further complemented with the ability to disseminate information and findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
