I began my journey to becoming the Director of Operations at Bayou Place in Houston, TX, by starting with Entertainment Consulting International (ECI), the entertainment division of The Cordish Companies. My career with The Cordish Companies began in 2015 at Angels Rock Bar in Kansas City, where I served as General Manager. In this role, I was responsible for developing a culture of positivity and teamwork, successfully creating five managers during my tenure. After nearly four years with Angels Rock Bar, I had the privilege of opening an entirely new concept, Hotel Karaoke. This opportunity allowed me to innovate and deliver exceptional entertainment experiences.Following my successful stint with ECI, I was promoted to the property management side of the parent company, The Cordish Companies. Being part of The Cordish family for almost ten years has been an incredibly humbling and blessed experience. I have gained invaluable perspectives on business and have been inspired by the leadership and business acumen of David Cordish. This journey has solidified my belief that The Cordish Companies is one of the best, if not the best, companies to work for.Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on fostering a positive work environment, developing effective teams, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. My years of experience in the industry have equipped me with skills in commercial property management, tenant relations, operational efficiency, budget management, and strategic planning. I am passionate about driving operational excellence and contributing to the ongoing success of Bayou Place and The Cordish Companies.
