I am a skilled communicator with strong people skills enhanced by having lived, worked, and studied in 5 countries, across 3 continents. I am fluent in English, French, Swedish and Danish. My career journey has been from fixed income trader/market-maker to head of desk and eventually responsible for global trading as well as the global franchise. I am passionate about transformation, in particular the challenge and opportunities of digitalisation, and have driven that transformation journey, most recently at SEB, overhauling the entire IT setup, enabling my teams to reach #1 in electronic trading, improve risk control, pricing, compliance, and customer offering.
