With over 30 years of work experience in the legal field, I am a seasoned and skilled Of Counsel at Palecek, McIlvaine, Hoffmann & Morse Co, L.P.A, a full-service law firm that provides comprehensive legal services to clients across various industries. I specialize in commercial litigation and corporate law, handling complex and high-stakes cases involving contracts, business disputes, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and compliance. I also have a strong background in dispute resolution, having successfully negotiated and mediated multiple settlements and agreements for my clients. Prior to joining Palecek, McIlvaine, Hoffmann & Morse, I was the owner of Carl E. Patrick PA, a boutique law firm that focused on commercial and civil litigation, where I managed all aspects of the business and legal operations.Prior to that, I have extensive experience as General Counsel for an Ohio automobile franchise.During my tenure, I established and served as director of the human resource department, and was instrumental in bringing the company from four lines to fourteen lines under numerous rooftops. I have represented many commercial and residential builders I hold a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law, and I am licensed to practice in Ohio and Florida.
