Are you a mental health or social service professional who wants to tighten their English skills for a presentation, or when you leading a new cohort of students? I can help with that. I have nearly a decade of experience in the mental health and social services field in a variety of roles, mainly as a case manager for those experiencing severe mental illness and drug addiction. In this time, I have become familiar with medical terminology, case studies, empirical research, ethics (including confidentiality regulations), crisis management, staff training - the social worker wears many hats, some more comfortable than others.
