As the Managing Director at Severn, I am responsible for the strategic and tactical management of the organization, overseeing all aspects of operations, quality, finance, and human resources. I have been in this role since January 2023, after serving as the Operations Director for 10 months, where I improved the efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction of the company.I have over 25 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager in the civil engineering industry, managing the quality systems of 10 sites with 150 employees at Letaba Lab, an ISO 17025:2017 Accredited Civil Engineering Materials Laboratory. I have extensive knowledge and skills in ISO management systems, risk management, method validation, internal auditing, root cause analysis, and financial analysis. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients and stakeholders.
