About Carl T.

Over the past decade+, I've been able to gain valuable experience working with the wider public at large through my volunteer work at both my old church (Mount Sinai SDA Church) during my adolescent years & my local library system (Burlington County Library System) throughout my teenage years. The former focused on working with the senior leadership to service the churches local community & congregation with the young people directly via the programs offered, including but not limited to weekly reading prompts, summer Sabbath school programs & choir participation every single Saturday. The latter highlights my participation in signing children up for their various reading programs & educating their parents on the details surrounding the programs therein. Both places of volunteer employment gave me the foundation to perform well at the various customer service & warehouse jobs I acquired from 2017 onwards, arming me with the experience & gumption to lead myself & eventually others underneath my watch as my tenure with these companies expanded. My most recent employer, B&H, has allowed me to acquire more leadership experience, this time helping manage a much smaller team v.s. the larger teams I'm accustomed to leading at companies I've worked with such as Amazon, Wawa & McDonald's. Currently, I'm a student at Course Careers being trained to become a SDR/BDR. So far, it's been a lovely experience learning at my own pace as I endeavor to quickly learn, maximize & execute what I've learned to further my career in tech at a new company as soon as possible. Networking with like-minded individuals currently working within the same program as well as alumni at Course Careers has been incredibly valuable for me & others looking to start and/or improve their position within the tech sphere, no matter what it may be or entail.
