Main strengths: career consulting and guided resettlement. I run an online Resettlement Support Service called Opcivilian. We've got a guided 9-Step Resettlement Process which supercharges the resettlement process and helps make for a smoother and more lucrative transition to civilian employment. My passion is in providing the guidance and strategies needed to navigate this significant life change effectively.Many of those I've worked with have achieved remarkable success in their new careers. While I don’t take sole credit for their achievements, it’s incredibly rewarding to be part of their success stories.I am driven by the mantra "Right First Time"- a term which comes from Manufacturing but can be applied to any process including Resettlement from the Forces, I believe that there should be no reason for such high rates of Service Leavers failing to find their feet once leaving and want to do something about it. I want to help current and future cohorts of UK Military Service Leavers get their transition 'Right First Time' and what we have provided with Opcivilian is the result of years of experience and hundreds of hours of analysis into why Service Leavers aren't getting the results that they are capable of.
