Previous roles as a Unit Manager in the contract food industry with Compass Group UK & Ireland with a strong knowledge of HSE administration experience, and a history of achieving 95% plus on external HSEQ audits, whilst maintaining a 5 score FSA food safety rating. Controlling unit finances to achieve weekly GP targets, achieving set KPI’s & SLA’s while controlling cost of sales vs budget. HR,customer service & and strong hospitality function experience. Part time evening role as a cleaning supervisor in soft facilities management for the Eric Wright Group. Before I located to the north of England I spent 17 years working for Royal Mail in Central London.
