I'm able to organize my job independently, defining priorities and assuming responsibilities- I gained excellent skills in data analysis and processing. I'm a skilled problem solver with an analytical mind-set - I can autonomously manage the activities assigned to me, respecting the deadlines and objectives- I have been working for a European organization for several years, a multicultural context where I play a role for which communication with the end user is important and must be adequate and positive- Due to my good communication skills, I've recently been involved in preparing and exposing induction training for new people joining the Organization, publishing News in the Istitutional Portal and prepare announcements for all staff. I’ve been asked to keep workshop on the usage of tools with high reputational impact- I have an excellent ability to analyse problem/issue situations and problem-solving skills as well as a very good ability in preparing procedures and documentation for shared use within the team- I'm able to work with others, interact with figures of different levels and functional skills always in a collaborative and polite way, I help inexperienced colleagues to reduce the knowledge gap- I’m customer orientated and resilient in understanding internal and external stakeholders’ needs and to interact with them in a positive and collaborative way to meet their expectations and requirements and this is recognized by stakeholders who appreciate my capability in cooperating and actively listening- I use to coordinate people on common projects.
