Most recently I managed a portfolio of global card clients as EMEA Regional Manager at American Express. In this role I focused on customer service across multiple countries and B2B payment growth. Success included presenting customer data analytics to increase compliance in card programs increasing spend by $1.5M+, collaborating with cross functional teams to drive growth by cross selling B2B payment products to exceed targets and retention of clients through global contract negotiations. As a remote worker of 10 years, I am self-motivated, results driven employee who continuously seeks ways to work smarter. Now back in the UK following a spouse initiated overseas posting to (Naples, Italy), I’m keen to get back to doing what I love, developing client relationships and exceeding targets in the evolving payments industry.
