20 plus years of banking experience with BMO Harris Bank NA. I started in Operations where I learned the basics to banking. Moving on to overseeing the Operational processes and procedures were adheared to as a Financial Specialist. The Corporate's Specialties Markets is where I interacted with Commercial business clients on a face to face basis while supporting our Relationship managers. That position lead me into our Treasury Services Department as a Premium Portfolio Manager, working with commercial business clients, analyzing need of service and working with a team to get the job done. I then transferred to our Retail banking industry to make a difference in our community, where clients lacked understanding and needed much guidance with their finances, savings and mananging small business.
