I have recently completed my Master's in Forensic Psychology, furthering my commitment to the field of psychology. My professional background includes a Bachelor’s degree in psychology, providing me with a solid foundation in the discipline.I began my career as a Recovery Specialist, where I developed key skills in supporting individuals through the complexities of recovery. From there, I transitioned into the role of a Dual Diagnosis Counselor, which deepened my understanding of the intersection between mental health and substance abuse, allowing me to help individuals manage both challenges effectively.In addition to my academic achievements, I currently work part-time across various shelters, including family homeless shelters and domestic violence shelters. This experience allows me to support vulnerable populations, offering guidance and advocacy in challenging circumstances.At present, I also serve as a Counselor at Middlesex Correctional Facility, where I am dedicated to fostering rehabilitation and positive transformation among incarcerated individuals. I am deeply passionate about human services and believe that every interaction is an opportunity to create meaningful change.My career is driven by the conviction that everyone deserves a chance at redemption and rehabilitation. I am committed to leveraging my expertise to support those in need and advocate for the individuals who often face the greatest challenges in society.
