About Carla Johnson

I thrive at providing good leadership to our staff and in the various communities where we currently have our Subway restaurants. I enjoy making people happy! I find great satisfaction in training our staff in the fine art of customer service and how to be a good employee and co-worker. My goal is to hire good people and help them to become successful and happy in our work environment. My late husband Craig, myself and our family have worked very hard to have successful Restaurants and great personal working relationships with our team. We have many team members (several at 24 years or more of employment in our company) and we take great pride in the fact that our leaders and team members enjoy the benefits of good pay, personal benefits and most importantly, a high degree of job satisfaction. We are often asked by people if we are hiring and our response is "We are always hiring good people". If you are "good people" and interested in working with a great company please apply online at mysubwaycareer.com for any of the following communities in MInnesota. Benson, Granite Falls, Redwood Falls, Ortonville, Montevideo, Canby Wheaton or in South Dakota at our Milbank and Sisseton stores.
