About Carla Luongo

My career started at PHE (Plate Heat Exchanger), which was a partner of the APV company - SPX Group. Years later I had the opportunity to work within the SPX Group itself. This period was of great learning in the technical-commercial area of thermal transfer. I worked as a Sales Engineer for the industrial and refrigeration market. I had the opportunity to develop large accounts and manage the refrigeration market focused on ammonia systems. My great achievement was to work in two different areas that added values in my professional life: engineering and sales. I went through two other companies that brought me great experiences in the commercial area as well. 2011 was a milestone in my professional life, where I had the opportunity to meet an excellent Swedish company. SWEP is one of Dover's divisions in Brazil and I started it as Sales Manager. SWEP was recently in Brazil and I was able to contribute for a solid and strong growth in the technology of brazed heat exchangers. Major developments were made, important deals were agreed, large accounts were won and great partnerships were obtained. I experienced all the transition and growth of this great company. In 2018 I assumed the position of Division Manager with great challenges in managing sales, logistics and purchasing. Obtaining in this position since then, all administrative and commercial responsibility of the Brazil operation, which allows me to absorb vast experience in different areas and leadership of people with completely different profiles.
