I’m a Senior Legal Billing Specialist with a background in legal operations, invoice management, budget oversight, and vendor management within a fast-paced legal department. At Intuit, I lead the end-to-end lifecycle of legal billing processes, including matter creation and closure, matter budget management, and proactive invoice-to-budget reconciliation to ensure compliance with billing guidelines and SLAs. I am skilled in Legal Tracker, Coupa, and Aravo systems, with a hands-on approach to resolving CVR issues, processing budget requests, and facilitating seamless communication between attorneys, vendors, and cross-functional teams. My role also involves managing vendor onboarding, PR creation, and providing Legal Tracker reporting insights to drive informed decision-making. I take pride in optimizing billing workflows and strengthening partnerships with legal vendors to support strategic legal operations. I’m passionate about using legal billing data to enhance operational efficiency and am currently building a consulting platform, Lawmetrics, to help legal departments align financial management with business goals. I’m also obtaining my MBA, with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University. Through this program, I’ve gained knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Operations, and Marketing to provide measurable insights and strategic decisions within the legal operations space.
