Carla Rocha is a renowned radio host and communication consultant in Portugal, whose career bridges the worlds of radio and strategic communication. Her journey began behind the microphone with a deep passion for connecting with the audience and sharing stories. Her versatility as a radio host led her to front leading programs such as "Café da Manhã" and the talk show "Rocha no Ar" on RFM, as well as the program "As 3 da Manhã" on Renascença. Carla's distinctive voice and communication style have garnered her a dedicated following, making her one of the most well-known radio personalities in Portugal. In addition to her radio career, Carla Rocha ventured into the realm of communication consulting. In 2015, she founded the company "Carla Rocha Comunicação," dedicated to training leaders and teams in communication, leadership, culture, and engagement. Her profound knowledge of effective communication strategies, honed through years of broadcasting on radio and academic training, has made her a trusted advisor, helping clients refine their messages and establish authentic connections with their target audiences. Carla Rocha is an assistant teacher at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon. She was part of the technical committee that developed the Standard for Organizational Well-being and Happiness Management (4590), aiming to provide organizations with a framework for implementing policies, programs, and a culture that considers the physical and mental health of employees.With a degree in Communication Sciences, post-graduate studies in Marketing Management, Communication, and Multimedia from ISEG, and Management applied to SMEs from NOVA SBE, Carla Rocha is currently pursuing a Master's in Leadership. She is the author of the books:"Fale para ser Ouvido"(2024)"Fale Menos, Influencie Mais"(2019) and "Fale Menos, Comunique Mais"(2016), all focusing on effective communication techniques in both professional and personal life.
