My experience includes developing and executing strategies, brand licensing, sales, marketing, policy matters and most recently, the unique area of responsible gaming. I have learned that regardless of the state, country or language, and at any level of government or business, stakeholder engagement is only successful if your audience believes the solution will fulfill their expectations, and exceed those of the public's. In today's rapidly changing gaming environment, to deliver the best result for all stakeholders, every dynamic solution and aggressive marketing strategy needs to be viewed through a responsible gaming lens. My consistent success demonstrates my understanding of what it takes to maintain this fine balance, and achieve sustainable growth. With my unique combination of global experience, knowledge and broad spectrum of insights, I have been able to help lotteries around the world grow funding for their good causes in the most socially responsible manner. I launched Scientific Games' groundbreaking Healthy Play(TM) Responsible Gaming program, which has been applauded by global industry organizations, advocacy groups and garnered multiple awards in the area of social responsibility I’ve been told what sets me apart is the unique way I approach and solve business challenges, giving data, innovation, research, integrity and experience an equal seat at the table. Above all, I live and work by my core values: faith, family and making a difference. In my spare time, I enjoy giving back to my communities with time, talent and treasure. Being recognized for my impact in the U.S. and internationally is equally humbling and heartening: I am honored to have been appointed to the Board of the National Council on Problem Gambling. I was also awarded the prestigious Power’s Award, the Distinguished Lottery Professional Award, elected into the Lottery Industry Hall of Fame, and Scientific Games’ President’s Club. I am also an author to multiple patents for lottery ticket play actions, which continue to be used around the world.
