My focus is on making processes more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly, while supporting both professional development and organisational growth. With 10+ years of experience spanning project management, operations, sustainability, and customer service, I’ve built a versatile toolkit for solving complex problems, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement. I also hold an MSc in Management of Operations and a BSc in Veterinary Nursing, along with certifications in Power BI, project management, and data analytics. I’m passionate about creating collaborative, forward-looking environments where people feel supported and empowered to do their best work. My long-term goal is to continue developing as a leader while shaping processes and systems that add real value for both organisations and the people they serve.
