About Carla Westlund

To sum myself up, I’m a passionate natural sales/people person, with a creative eye/instinct for marketing, design, and business development. I recently obtained my real estate license in 2021 with a strong desire to continue on my real estate path, but have a long history as a top salesperson in various companies including most recently working as a real estate wholesaler at Ready Offer LLC, a top freight broker in my division at the well known freight brokerage Coyote Logistics in Chicago, as well as developing materials that pitched and later successfully financed a tech startup on the popular hit tv show Shark Tank. My first sales job was in highschool-college working my way up at Vector Marketing the company that sells Cutco products & was offered a job as assistant manager. More recently, I also have independently pitched televisions shows for my production company, Cake Studios, and have forged partnerships with the industries top production companies including Spike Lee’s production company,(Alta Global Media), and Jubilee Media. I am passionate about Women’s Rights and am an ambassador for Sexual Assault Survivors with the non profit P.A.V.E. And have spoken out publicly on their behalf for various news stations such as Good Morning America, The Today Show, CNN, etc. I am a great collaborative team player and can also work alone, and have often been described as “The Idea Machine”. I have a very competitive yet positive energy, and enjoy constant improvement & providing/seeking out valuable insight to help myself and a company thrive.
