With over 9 years of experience in Executive Search and Recruitment, I am Company QA & Training for Executives in Africa, an award-winning team of Search Experts focused purely on senior executive positions based across Africa both North and Sub-Sahara. Our multilingual team boasting French, Portuguese, Arabic and Amharic have worked on over 900 mandates in 42 countries in over 13 years. Whilst the critical requirements of each Executive Search are bespoke, in overview, we proactively access candidates in the market, thoroughly assess them and then partner with our clients to advise throughout the client interview process and the subsequent appointment.
