Experienced, innovative, and progressive Project Manager with over 8 years of experience spearheading, coordinating, overseeing project budgets, project timelines, project resourcing, and project methodologies. Successful project implementations include: The CSIM Project - Prepared a $2.5 million budget and leveraged the RAID Log to mitigate budgetary constraints, resulting in a revenue savings of 30%. The Forms Management Project - Led HIPAA and Privacy initiatives that resulted in the development of 600+ medical record forms. The EpicLeap Project - Created and utilized a Communications Plan to manage and lead training programs simultaneously, resulting in a 100% project adoption rate, and the training of over employees. As an active and engaged Project Manager with a background in healthcare, human resources, and procurement, I have been able to manage and execute projects throughout their project lifecycle resulting in over $10 million in revenue. I am a Certified ScrumMaster, and hold a Specialization in Google Project Management. By day, I'm a Project Manager, and by night.well, I'm a Project Manager too. At this point, I think it's safe to say that my whole LIFE is a project! As an independent author, I have successfully self-published two books: The Power Within: How to Heal, Love, and Design the Life You Want (2015) The Ladies' Champ: How to Defeat the Allure of Struggle Love (2022) Between the two projects I expended over 300 hours and a collective lifecycle of 1 year (planning, writing, editing, revisions, interior & exterior design, stages of the publishing process, marketing, sales page, integration to a payment processor, testing of the purchase link, and launch). As a result, both projects were executed under budget, and the first book was an Amazon #1 best-seller for three weeks straight! These projects took much energy, endurance, and organization, and are two of my favorite accomplishments.
