About Carleigh McFall

I am a graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana. Originally from Oregon, I found a passion for fish and wildlife ecology and biology through my participation in FFA and my high school's Environmental Science club. I held Academic Excellence awards throughout my 4 years of high school, as well as being inaugurated into the National Honor Society, graduating with Honors, and receiving an academic scholarship to attend Montana State University. I graduated Montana State with a Bachelor's of Science in Biological Sciences - majoring in Fish and Wildlife Ecology and Management, and a minor's in Water Resources. I hold a specialty in aquatic systems, with research in both fresh- and salt- water ecosystems. I have knowledge in ichthyology, ecological physiology of aquatic organisms, and habitat restoration. Along with studies in soil science, biological diversity, general- organic- and bio- chemistry, GIS science and cartography, animal physiology and evolution, general ecology and genetics, plant ecology and landscape geomorphology, weather and climate, holistic management of farming and water systems, and science communication in ecology. My passion stems from fish migration and ecology and the impact of dams on those systems. I have worked full-time through college, finishing with a 3.52 GPA. Along with the above mentioned skills and experience, I have experience in Property Management. With team allocations ranging from 100+ luxury homes, I have been in charge of scheduling maintenance, doing home checks for functionality and weather impacts, guest and owner services and communication, preparing the homes based on individual preference, and more.
