About Carlene Donovan

I'm an experienced communications and marketing professional with 15 years of experience and a diverse skillset. I have a bachelor’s degree in communications from Mount Royal University where I studied journalism, public relations, marketing, and business. I love yoga, am working on my 200-hour YTT and I and facilitating self-inquiry. Along with my husband, Tim Donovan, I founded TheInnerOasis.com in 2020 and launched Dissolving Depression: The Course, which is a life-transforming solution to solve depression and anxiety permanently, through inducing insight, epiphanies, awareness and mindfulness. The program helps one gain understanding and paradigm-shifting epiphanies that shift one’s experience of life from that of anxiety and/or depression, to one of ever-renewing meaning and purpose. We believe mental, emotional and spiritual wellness is every human’s birthright. It’s our mission to get the tools, information and insights needs for that whole-life wellness into the hearts and minds of every human, for free.
