About Carlene McLaughlin

An experienced Operations Leader and Project Manager with a passion and determination to help inspire individuals and teams to accomplish amazing things. From my humble beginnings working on a factory floor hand packing boxes of cheese to running the equipment, and then advancing into leadership, I quickly learned the value of the phrase, “walk a mile in my shoes”. As a developing leader with the understanding and appreciation of what it’s like as an entry level team member, I’ve made it a priority throughout my career to relate, connect and empower those that truly ‘make it all happen’. My leadership philosophy is best captured by the quote from John C. Maxwell who says “Leadership is not about titles, positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another”. Over the course of my career, my greatest achievement and satisfaction is measured by the results of those that I’ve led while applying what I’ve learned to help develop and empower teams of the future.
