I have a strong track record of developing and leading high-performing Market Access, Pricing and Policy teams, with industry-leading reimbursement and funding outcomes for patients across diverse therapeutic areas and markets. I am recognised for my effective cross-functional leadership locally and globally within organisations, as well as working collaboratively with government, academic, patient community, vendor and industry stakeholders to challenge the status quo with the shared purpose of improving access to medicines for patients no matter where they live. I am a connector and systems thinker with the ability to bring people, evidence, ideas and energy together to create impactful, integrated access strategies to enable better outcomes for patients.
