Hi, I'm Carleton. I'm a highly skilled strategic problem solver with a passion for creating innovative solutions to address any issue put in front of me. My background in project management and business development has equipped me with the necessary tools to navigate complex challenges with ease. When I'm not in the office, I'm a singer/songwriter, often performing in and around Chicago. Music has been a part of my life ever since I sang in front of mirrors as a young child. It has given me the opportunity to develop a range of skills that complement my professional work. As a musician, I've learned the importance of perseverance, discipline, and creativity.I am committed to achieving excellence in all aspects of my life. Whether I'm working on a project or writing a new song, I always look for unique ways to create an excellent result.
