About Carley Fitzpatrick

As a self-starter with a strong work ethic, I excel in ambiguous environments requiring continual prioritization, change management, and problem solving. In my current role at a luxury animal resort, I trained myself on company protocols, prompting me to create standard processes that notably increased operational productivity and efficiency. I also minimized risk by creating uniform templates and policies that required clients to detail information critical to proper handling of their pets. My team and I process at least 75 incoming guests per day at a facility large enough to hold 170 so it’s important to accurately document key information. My direct reports and colleagues praise me for my effective handling of high-stress situations as well as the tact and diplomacy I use when having difficult conversations with either customers or employees. As I prepare to relocate to Richmond, Virginia in September 2023, I seek opportunities to apply studies learned through my degree at James Madison University in HR Development, program development, and training at companies that value dedication to corporate mission.
