Background

About Carling Dinkler

Building connectivity at the intersection of public policy and private sector interests, I have more than 15 years of experience designing and driving government relations, communications, and relationship building strategies for national asset management firms, healthcare systems, and global manufacturers. Growing up in New Orleans and spending the first part of my career on Capitol Hill, I always had a deep interest in the legislative process and its impact on community development. As senior policy advisor to a U.S. Congressman, I learned first hand how legislation can support desired public policy outcomes while leveraging private sector resources and expertise. Now, as Head of Public Affairs with Enhanced Capital, I’ve put my experience and skills to work advocating for state and federal policies that encourage investment in small business and transformative real estate projects. My work since joining Enhanced Capital has focused on state level small business capital formation programs, state and federal Historic Tax Credits, state and federal New Markets Tax Credits, and renewable energy tax credits. To get in touch for thought sharing and networking, I can be reached by LinkedIn messenger or via email at carling.dinkler@gmail.com.
