I am a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with over five years of experience in fraud analysis, risk management, credit, operations, insurance, and data analytics in the retail banking sector. I am currently taking up a post graduate diploma in International Business with Lambton College Mississauga. My last full-time employment was as a Fraud Analyst at RAKBANK, one of the leading banks in the UAE, where I conducted detailed analysis of loan and card applications to identify potential fraudulent applications and transactions. In my previous role as a Senior Fraud Analyst at Tanfeeth, I monitored real-time queues and identified high-risk applications within the business portfolio, interacted with employers and customers to validate information, and resolved queued transactions within the service level agreements. I also supported management decisions on other financial issues through analysis and creation of models showing possible financial impact in related scenarios. I received the Bravo Awardee twice in 2016 for my service excellence and outstanding performance. I am adept at working in a multi-cultural environment and have strong analytical, data entry, and client relations skills.
