Ph.D in Finance from Bocconi University, Director of the Department of Finance and Accounting at CUNEF Universidad, and a Fellow at the BAFFI CAREFIN Centre for Applied Research on International Markets, Banking, Finance and Regulation. My fields of research are corporate finance and banking, especially in the contexts of capital markets, private equity and mergers and acquisitions. I have authored several articles in these areas including publications in the Journal of Financial Econometrics, the Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions & Money, the International Review of Economics and Finance, the International Review of Financial Analysis, and European Financial Mangement. I am also a contributor and co-editor of two books on infrastructure finance published by Springer.
