About Carlos Blanco

After finishing the higher military studies with the specialization in Special Ops, Airborne & Diving Teams, I served in the Army for eleven years, reaching the rank of major. I joined Eulen in 1989. I worked in the Security sector for 23 years, acting as Country Manager of EULEN SEGURIDAD, a company devoted to the provision of private security services, with close to people around the world and sales of 300 million € per year Ideologist and pioneer in the design and implementation of Intelligence and Cybersecurity capabilities in Private Security Companies since 2008. President of APROSER (the largest Spanish Employers Association of Security) between 2010 and 2012, and Chairman of ASEPIC (Spanish Competitive Intelligence Association) I founded Blanco & Associates in 2017, providing Consultancy services in the Security and Facility Management sector. I joined TWO WORLDS COLLABORATIVE INTELLIGENCE in 2019, International Intelligence and Security Consultancy, as a founding partner. TWCI was born with the mission of accompanying companies in their international journey, preferably in complex geographical areas, providing security and intelligence to decision-makers and entrepeneurs.
