About Carlos Bugre

Carlos Bugre is a trained nurse with more than 8 years’ work experience in both curative and preventive health care at the health center, community and teaching hospital level. He has in-depth knowledge in reproductive health, maternal and child health and, he is a very vocal health educator. He has experience in; monitoring of child wellbeing outcomes at the facility and community level, implementing Food and nutrition interventions, community mobilising, advocating on child protection and child health and, general community development work and an advocate for patient rights and individualised nursing care. I am a highly resourceful and analytical person with experience and proven track record of success in development work, social science research and community outreach among others. My outstanding qualities are my willingness to achieve results through innovation, commitment to work, technological inclination, analytical thinking, versatility and self motivation coupled with my ability to think outside the box to bring pragmatic solutions to problems. I am a strong team player, reliable and collaborate well with people from different backgrounds in achieving organizational goals.
