About Carlos Cutini

Supply chain professional with a strong transport, demand planning, project management and process building background. Solid track record regarding cost reduction, quality and service improvements. Quite knowledgeable on TMS systems, where I was the responsible from business side, having already implemented two TMS solutions: Blue Younder at BRF and Oracle at Kraft Heinz. Now, finalizing the preparations for a third implementation (SAP TM). During my professional career, I had the opportunity to build a multi-cultural experience by working in three different continents: America, Asia and Europe. That has prepared me to work effectively in any environment and to communicate with people from different backgrounds and perspectives. It also helped me to forge several skills that enables me to extract the best of each culture. I am an easy going person that put effort to keep a warm and relaxed working environment, while keeping the team focused on our goals and agreed deadlines. I readily connect with others and build trust to make sure I'll have partners to solve the problems that will arise. Citizenship: Italian
