As a product and interaction designer, I'm concerned with new products, services and ways to mediate human relationships, as well as with the form and the behavior of these products, in order to make them more effective, usable and human-centered. In more than fifteen years of professional experience, I've led or helped with successful UX, interaction and interface design projects for a variety of clients, including some of the biggest companies in the world. Working as a design manager, I'm focused on scale Design at a sustainable pace, implementing the right methods and tools to support the work of the designers and developing a strong Design culture that improves design outcomes, always helping the team to grow as a collaborative group and each individual to find the best opportunities for professional growth.
