About Carlos Mindreau

My architecture has always emphasized a high level of design conscience, a great deal of attention to detail and to the quality of the built environment. Architecture involves all the senses and becomes the ultimate sculpture, a scenario for the opera of life, the canvas for a great painting; it influences our lives and in many ways has the ability to shape our future and that of our family and our community. I've never taken this work lightly, in my early years in school under the guidance of Bernie Voichyzonk and Robert Tucker, and later under the strong influence of Donald Singer, I learned to value this work and to appreciate the value of a strong sense of ethics in both my personal and professional life. Architecture and design have together been my eternal mistress and constant companion.
