About Carlos Morgan

Starting out in Carlos was first introduced to boxing by Phil Collins (Chito-Ryu Ju-jitsu). He took Carlos under his wing during the height of his Tough Man competitions in Cocoa Beach Florida. Carlos was the man to beat and had a flawless record. Phil noticed Carlos’s talent and honed it from that point. Carlos boxed for two years fighting in gym wars (Gym War: going into opposing gyms and fighting as if it were a title match) until one day Phil saw Carlos jokingly kick a heavy bag. From that day in 2004, Phil was his sensei in the art of Kick Boxing along with Donnie “Hurricane” Haire (5th Dan-Chito Ryu Karate, a formidable kick boxing champion rated 6 in the world, Actor), David Dequalo (former top ranked kick boxer), and Don “The Dragon” Wilson (World Kick Boxing champ and Hollywood film star).Carlos now has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. Carlos M. Morgan; a certified kick boxing instructor (1st degree black belt) and professional fitness trainer/consultant. Carlos has worked at one of the nation’s most recognized gyms. From that experience and the concerns that members approached him with, Carlos was prompted into action and stared his personal venture into the fitness industry as a entrepreneur. Carlos also earned his B.S. degree in Human Services in August of 2012. With his education in human services and his experience with working in the field of addictions at Operation PAR, Carlos formed the Fit3 Program which encompasses mind, body, and spiritual fitness. This program is the perfect complement to those in recovery as well as continued long-term sobriety.
